Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to analyze data effectively.Responsibilities
*Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process and document results.
*Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to assess product dimensions.
*Analyze inspection data and report findings to management, identifying any areas for improvement.
*Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
*Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
*Participate in training sessions related to quality assurance practices and standards.
*Strong understanding of quality control principles, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting of findings.
*Quality inspector will train on 1st shift for approximately 3 months.
***Experience in quality inspection processes within a manufacturing environment and a resume is required.***
