Job Description
We are hiring dependable and hardworking field laborers to support seasonal agricultural operations for a local seed company in Whatcom County.
This role involves physical outdoor work in crop fields and is ideal for candidates with previous farm, agricultural, landscaping, nursery, or general outdoor labor experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planting, harvesting, weeding, irrigation, and crop maintenance
Perform general field cleanup and labor tasks
Load, unload, and move tools and materials as needed
Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Work efficiently as part of a team in outdoor conditions
Support daily field operations to help meet production goals
Requirements:
Previous outdoor labor or farm experience preferred
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required
Must be dependable and able to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Agricultural or crop field experience
Irrigation or harvesting experience
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
This is a physically active role with consistent hours and overtime opportunities available during peak season.
