How It Works

Each LaborMax Staffing office is a locally owned staffing company putting the focus back on building relationships between employers and employees. We realize that employers have a choice in where they go for their employment needs. Whether it is short or long term, we can handle it. With our exclusive working interview program, it gives both the employer and the employee an opportunity to explore a possible working relationship.

• All workers will perform tasks to your satisfaction, or they will be immediately replaced during the first two hours.
• Transportation to and from work will be provided by the worker or LaborMax Staffing.
• LaborMax Staffing dispatchers are open at 5:30 am daily. We also have workers available 24 hours 7 days a week.
• All paperwork will be handled by LaborMax Staffing including state & federal payroll taxes, worker's compensation & all government reports.
• LaborMax Staffing provides the number of workers you need on time.
